EmbedMyReviews Improves Local Search Grid for Clients

Alongside the launch of the new Google Business Profile Posts feature, EmbedMyReviews has also enhanced its Local Search Grid on the online reputation management platform.

Launched in May 2025, Local Search Grid was only available inside your agency account. Now, however, your clients can see their rankings too.

Check out the improvements:

• Share rankings with clients:
  • You can assign any scan to a client and location, including its full history.
  • You can turn on Local Rankings in your client’s dashboard, including maps and history.
  • Rankings can also be shown on your client’s shared dashboard.
  • Clients can view them as often as they like, while you retain control of the scans, so there are no surprise costs.
• Ranking reports by email:
  • Send branded ranking reports weekly or monthly.
  • Each report shows how often the business appeared in the top three for each keyword compared to the previous report.
  • Only the most recent and complete results are sent.

With EmbedMyReviews, you stay in control. You can choose which of your clients’ team members can see the rankings and whether to keep the shareable report link or switch it off and make the reports login only.
