Fluent Support Introduces Agent Groups & Agent Signatures
Following the release of version 2.0 two months ago, Jewel from Fluent Support has introduced agent groups, agent signatures and agent-initiated tickets to the WordPress customer support plugin.

- Agent Groups: Organize your support team into groups to enable smart, automatic ticket distribution to the right people.
- Agent Signatures: Allow agents to add personalized signatures to their replies for a more professional touch.
- Agent-Initiated Tickets: Agents can now create tickets on behalf of customers, which is perfect for proactive support.
- Cloud File Storage (Pro): File uploads now support Cloudflare R2 and Amazon S3 for flexible and scalable storage.
- Notification Filter: Fine-grained control over notification delivery across all channels.
In other news, Fluent Support now allows developers to extend the sidebar with custom PHP and Vue components via a hook-based system.
