Fluent Support has just released migrations from JS Help Desk and Help Scout to the ticket importer feature of their helpdesk plugin for WordPress. They have also introduced a new dynamic dashboard, a better WooCommerce integration, and more.
New Ticket Importer Migrations
With the previous update 1.6.6, a new ticket importer was released that allows you to import support tickets from third-party plugins and platforms into Fluent Support. Previously, you could only migrate from Awesome Support and Support Candy. In version 1.6.7, migration support for JS Help Desk and Help Scout has also been added.
New Dynamic Dashboard
With the new dynamic dashboard, you can customize the Fluent Support dashboard to your liking. Simply enable or disable widgets according to your preferences.
Improved WooCommerce Integration
If you are running WooCommerce on your site, you can now see the full order details of your customers right from the ticket screen.
This includes a customer’s billing address, shipping address, and product details.
Fluent Support now lets you export the agent report summary directly from the Report tab. Finally, when a new support agent is assigned to a new ticket, this is now also displayed in the activity log – also by whom it was assigned.
