FluentCart Ships Product Reviews & Ratings

Similar to SureCart, Jewel from FluentCart has also just added support for product reviews and ratings to its WordPress e-commerce plugin. There is no need for a review add-on or any other third-party services.

• Star ratings and reviews are linked to real purchases and have a ‘Verified Purchase’ badge.
• Reviews show which product variation the customer actually bought.
• There is a ‘My Reviews’ section in the customer dashboard showing what has been reviewed and what is still pending.
• There is also a ‘Review Your Order’ link so customers can leave a review in one click.
• A moderation screen where you can approve, reject or reply.
• Email notifications for new reviews, approvals and replies.
• Star ratings on product cards across your shop.
• Six review blocks: Product Reviews, Review List, Review Summary, Review Form, Write a Review button, and Product Rating.
• JSON-LD schema so that Google can display your star ratings in search results.
