Let’s take a look at what’s new in Shapo:

  • Analytics: Shapo now comes with analytics for every widget, form, Wall of Love and Review Booster page. These track views, unique visitors and clicks on a daily basis, showing the change from the previous period. You can see which pages your reviews are displayed on, which forms generate responses, which review sites customers select on your Review Booster and how often your SEO review snippet loads. Sort any list by views, visitors or clicks to identify effective content and areas for improvement. Numbers update within a minute with no new installation required.
  • AI Surveys: AI surveys ask follow-up questions in the same way as you would in person, enabling you to understand the reasons behind answers. You can also use NPS and quick feedback surveys, either on a page or as a small button in the corner of your site. Your free plan includes one.
  • Custom Questions: You can ask your own questions on testimonial forms, such as ‘Which product did you buy?’, and Shapo will add up the answers for you. This is useful for sorting reviews by product or finding out what almost put someone off buying.
  • Custom Domain for Wall of Love: You can now put your Wall of Love or Review Booster page on your custom domain. The link you send will display your name, and search engines will count the reviews towards your site. Setting up involves two DNS records, and Shapo handles HTTPS.

In other news, Shapo now imports your store reviews with just one click. Simply paste your store’s URL and Shapo will also import your reviews from WooCommerce, Okendo, Yotpo, Loox or Ali Reviews. No API key or installation required.
