Conditional Email Content Block

This feature is all about content personalization. The new conditional email content block of the email builder allows you to send personalized emails with conditional content to your users. You can personalize emails in a campaign depending on which tags are available or unavailable for that particular contact.
Cancel Automation Trigger, Automation Reporting & Inline Contact Tagging

In order to create a complex, advanced automation you may want to pause or cancel another automation based on certain conditions. This is now possible with the latest update. They also added an option to pause and resume an automation from a user profile.

The new user profile email and automation reporting view allows you to check in which email sequence or in which automations the contact is currently in.

FluentCRM integrates with Fluent Forms to create lead generation forms. You are now able to tag the submitter of such as form based on user input. This allows you to add inline conditions when you select tags for a form submission.
