Fluent Conversational Forms
Online forms are great for allowing your users to submit important information for surveys, customer feedback, and service orders for instance. Especially with long forms, however, form abandonment rates are very high. But what if you could make the forms interactive with one question at a time, similar to a conversation – hence the name conversational forms. You probably already know this from Typeform. Now you can do it natively with Fluent Forms 4.0 too!
Currently, you can use 20 different form fields with conversational forms such as email address, single text, text area, ratings, and GDPR agreement for example. For starters, you can choose from five different form layouts.
Of course, you can also customize the form design in terms of colours, background images, and more.
Conversational forms are a real game-changer. Fluent Forms even included it in the free version! However, you would have to buy the pro version to unlock advanced options such as payment, user registration, front-end post creation, CRM integrations, and much more.

Less than a month later, WP Manage Ninja released Fluent Forms v4.1 with loads of new features including support for the RazorPay (India) and Mollie (Europe) payment gateways. To increase performance, they also upgraded conversational forms to VueJS 3.0. Furthermore, they added support for reCAPTCHA V3 and Meta Box, the WordPress custom fields plugin. Finally, they introduced sharable landing pages. Yes, you read that correctly! You can now easily embed your form anywhere, on another WordPress site or even outside of WordPress on WIX or Shopify for example.
