Gorgias Rolls Out View Sharing & Internal Ticket Notes

Gorgias just announced various new improvements for their Shopify and Magento help desk tool. The latest update brings view sharing, internal ticket notes, and new API docs.

Previously, each view was public meaning that it was shared with everyone in your account. Because of this, several teams ended up having dozens of views. That’s why Gorgias just released view sharing, with:

  • Public views (shared with everyone)
  • Shared views (shared with specific teams/users)
  • Private views (that belong to only one user).

Views are now created private by default. You can edit a view’s sharing options simply by clicking on its name, and then on the Sharing button.

Do you want to create a ticket to write a task that one of your team members should do? Or log information about a customer journey directly in Gorgias? You can now do by creating a ticket with an internal note directly in the help desk.

In other news, they have rebuilt their API documentation from the ground up. Finally, Facebook comment reactions are now displayed in Gorgias.
