Enhanced Site Transfer Tool

The latest version of Kinsta’s site transfer tool allows you to easily move a site you’ve been working on and hand it over to your client directly in MyKinsta. With just a few clicks within the dashboard, company owners and administrators can now:

Transfer sites to new and existing company accounts
Send transfers to non-Kinsta users
Suggest a preferred plan

This will definitely help WordPress agencies and developers streamline processes – and make affiliate referrals of new company accounts easier. When transfering a site, you can optionally suggest a Kinsta hosting plan and add your affiliate ID.

In other news, Kinsta released a time-saving new feature that allows you to manage plugin and theme updates with a click of a button directly from MyKinsta. You also don’t have to worry about failed updates, as Kinsta creates a snapshot of the environment before making these updates. So you can restore your site to that state without the risk of losing your data or breaking your website.

They also launched a new Help Center that hosts all answers and technical information relevant to Kinsta customers. Finally, they announced a new Google Cloud Platform’s data center location in Santiago, Chile. This data center is Kinsta’s second location available in South America.
