Klaviyo Introduces Product Reviews for Shopify

The Klaviyo team has just added product reviews for Shopify and Shopify Plus to their marketing automation platform for email, SMS and mobile push notifications. They have also improved their product blocks.

With Klaviyo Reviews, Shopify or Shopify Plus merchants can now seamlessly request product reviews from their customers at the right time in their journey. Then they can easily add these top reviews to email campaigns or your website with a simple drag and drop.

Soon after, Klaviyo improved its product blocks allowing you to show the sale price of an item in your recommendation feed to encourage more repeat purchases. In other news, they have redesigned the email template library.
