LifterLMS 6.0

Since its launch in 2014, LifterLMS has been developed with an ambitious goal in mind: To become an all-in-one learning management system aka LMS for WordPress, including memberships, ecommerce, and gamification.

Speaking of gamification, LifterLMS 6.0 introduces a powerful certification system, certificate templates, achievement badge enhancements, and more.

Let‘s dive right into it:

• Certificate Builder Powered By Gutenberg
  You can now create certificates directly in the WordPress editor using blocks, columns, shortcodes, user data mergecodes, and more. Existing certificates can still be used or migrated with a single click.
• Certificate Templates
  Speed up the process of creating custom certificates via (unlimited) certificate templates.
• New Certificate Settings
  You can specify both the display and print size of certificates, their display orientation (portrait or landscape), inner margins, background colour (or transparent).
• New Certificate Title Block
  You can use a custom font and sizing for the new title block, giving it a professional look and feel.
• Update Awarded Certificates
  If you discover a spelling error, want to add a new logo, or add a new certificate background at scale for already awarded certificates, you can now easily update these certificates as well as achievement badges.
• New Capabilities
  Site admins and LMS managers are now able to edit single already awarded certificates and achievements right from within the student reporting screen. Additionally, you can even award a certificate or achievement manually to any student for any reason.
• New Certificate & Achievement Defaults
  LifterLMS also updated the default certificate and achievement designs with a modern look and feel.
• New Certificate Backgrounds
  They have also added 17 all-new certificate backgrounds to the graphics pack which is included in the LifterLMS Universe Bundle or Infinity Bundle.

Lastly, they removed the dependancy of the LifterLMS PDFs add-on pdflayer, a third-party PDF generation API. You can now generate certificate PDFs directly on your site – without any limits or fees.
