New Today & Live Block

When you enter reports, you will see a Today & Live block in the dashboard. At first glance, it shows a brief report on today’s key data.

Such a block is especially useful for those who are under time pressure but need to know what the business is like. There’s no need to dive into reports to get an idea of what’s going on today.

Conversion Rate Report

You can use the new report to check the conversion rate of the store for a specific period.

It is useful to track how changes affect the performance of your business. For example, you have changed product pages. In the graphic, you can see how the conversion rate changed immediately afterwards and decide whether you want to keep the changes or not.

Abandoned Carts Report

The new Abandoned Carts report will help identify checkout problems that cause customers to leave. It shows detailed statistics of abandoned carts – the number of abandoned carts per day and the users who left their carts.

Amasty have added compatibility with the Request a Quote for M2 extension. It allows to offer deals to customers with abandoned orders right from the report page. You don’t have to spend time searching for a customer in your CRM.

Custom Rule-Based Reports

For example, you want to know which new products customers buy and which they don’t. There is no such default Magento 2 report. But you can create it yourself and track the performance of new products.

It is useful to add custom reports to the list of all reports. You will access them with one click. No need to reconfigure reports from scratch.
