Metorik Rolls Out Chart Downloads, Report Building & Better Forecasting

Bryce from Metorik has just added chart downloading, report building, improved forecasting, and more to their ecommerce co-pilot for WooCommerce and Shopify.

Chart Downloading

While not a revolutionary new feature, the ability to download charts can be very useful if you want your data to get the attention it deserves, for example on Twitter.

On most Metorik charts you will now find a chart download button. Clicking on it will open a popup with a builder for designing your chart. You can add a custom title, a gradient background colour, show dates and the Y-axis. With Metorik’s dark mode, you can even set the background to black. When you are finished, you can download the chart as an image to share with your team or even publicly.

One of the latest features rolled out to Metorik was report segmenting, which allows you to create completely customized reports in no time at all.

They have now taken this a step further by introducing a new report button which can be found right next to the export button on the order, customer and refund lists.

Once clicked, it will take you to a report with the filters applied.

Better Forecasting Report

The forecast report has been improved with a more accurate forecasting model. It’s predictions are much better and you can now choose which period of time you want the forecast to be based on, e.g. the last 12, 24 or 36 months. Soon this forecast model will be added to every single chart in Metorik, with a new forecast chart button.

Mobile UX Improvements

Finally, the Metorik team has improved the mobile experience throughout the app, including reports and mobile navigation.
