A few days ago, Publer announced the arrival of Instagram direct publishing. Now, Planable introduced the same feature for their social media collaboration platform too. Additionally, they implemented an option to bulk import posts.
Instagram Direct Publishing
With Planable you can now directly publish to Instagram. No more push notifications, reminders, alarms, and tedious manual work. That said, you can publish Instagram single image and single video posts with ease. Simply use the Planable desktop app to create and schedule your posts and see them live without the use of their mobile app.
Note that the Instagram API does not support direct publishing for other post formats such as carousels and stories yet. This new feature is available for Instagram Business accounts only.
Google My Business
With Google My Business, Planable released their latest integration in March 2021. You can now easily connect your GMB accounts in your workspaces and create, plan, review, and publish posts.
Things to keep in mind:
- Only single image and video posts are supported
- You can add a CTA button to posts and events, but not to offers
- Offers are available to businesses not operating in a regulated goods and services category
Import Posts In Bulk
With Planable you can now import your posts in bulk via a CSV file. You are able to import up to 400 posts at a time. This includes posts with text, single image, link thumbnail, or video. You will see all your new posts right away and find the assets in the Media Library, too. This is a huge time saver and especially useful for new users!
