PublishPress Blocks Now With Gutenberg Block Controls
PublishPress has just added a new Block Controls feature to its PublishPress Blocks plugin, giving you more control over how and when Gutenberg blocks appear on your WordPress site. In addition, PublishPress Authors now also supports schema.
New Block Controls
The PublishPress Blocks plugin now allows you to control how and when blocks appear on your site. The Block Controls feature gives you a wide range of options, including the following:
- Schedule Control: Schedule when to start and/or stop displaying a block.
- User Role Control: Choose which users can see your blocks.
- Term Archive Control: Choose on which taxonomy and term archive pages your blocks can be displayed.
- Page Control: Choose on which pages this block can be displayed.

The PublishPress Authors plugin can now provide schema data to help search engines find your author information if you’re using Yoast SEO or Rank Math.
