HelpSpace Tasks Now In Beta

The HelpSpace team already gave us a little sneek peak at the upcoming Tasks feature in July 2022. Good news: Tasks is now in beta!

Tasks is an excellent addition to the HelpSpace support ticket system that allows you to coordinate and manage the internal work in your team. It provides a clear overview of what needs to be done and what has already been done.

You can assign tasks to team members, set deadlines, leave comments, upload relevant files and track the progress of each task. It thus improves internal communication and collaboration.
