FluentCRM Integration
In the unlikely event that you have never heard of it, FluentCRM is a powerful email marketing automation plugin for WordPress.
When running a giveaway, sweepstake or photo contest via RafflePress with the action to join an email newsletter, you can now select FluentCRM in the list of available email marketing integrations.
You will then be able to add new contacts directly to your email lists in FluentCRM. From there, you can send newsletters to these leads and finally try to turn them into loyal customers.
Note that the FluentCRM integration is included in Pro, Growth, and Ultimate plans.
Limit Giveaway Referrals
The Refer-A-Friend campaign in particular tempts some participants to invent a large number of possibly non-existent friends and jeopardise the success of your contest. You are not the only one to suffer the damage due to many SPAM entries, but also the honest participants. Because their chances of winning a giveaway prize decrease with a large number of fraudulent entries.
Therefore, you can now limit the maximum number of people participants can refer with the Refer a Friend option in the settings. Once reached, RafflePress will stop awarding entries for referrals.
This feature is only available in Growth and Ultimate plans.
