Replient.ai Introduces New Team Inbox for Comments & DMs

When a campaign goes live, every social team asks the same question: ‘Who’s got this one?’ From today onwards, Replient.ai will provide the answer. Your whole team works from one inbox – nobody replies twice and nothing gets missed.

Check out the benefits:

• Assignments: You can assign any comment or DM to a teammate with one click, or take ownership of it yourself by selecting ‘Assign to me’. Your teammate will receive a notification in the app and via email. Anything assigned to them can be found under ‘Assigned to me’ in the sidebar, along with a live count.
• Team Notes: Leave a note in the comments or send a direct message (DM) mentioning whoever you think might know the answer – they will be notified in the app and by email. Only your team can see these notes. This way, the context stays with the conversation instead of getting lost in a group chat.
• Presence: When a teammate has the same post, comment thread or direct message open, their avatar appears right there in the thread and in the list. This allows you to see at a glance whether to jump in or move on, ensuring that no customer receives two answers.
• Filters: Comments, posts and direct messages now share the same filter bar, with ‘Open’ and ‘Done’ just one click apart. You can filter by teammate, platform, tag, sentiment or date.

In other news, you can send a comment thread, or a DM conversation, to anyone outside of Replient.ai, such as your agency, legal team or editorial team. Replies will come straight back to you.
