Sigmize: New Multi-Device Heatmaps & Product-Specific Conversion Tracking
Following the introduction of a new Heatmap Versioning feature last month, Sigmize has added Multi-Device Heatmaps and Product-Specific Conversion Tracking to its A/B testing platform.
New Features
Let’s find out what’s new in Sigmize:
- Mobile, Tablet & Desktop Heatmap Screenshots: Heatmaps now support screenshots of desktop, tablet and mobile devices, which are automatically generated based on the visitor’s device. Rather than viewing desktop interactions only, you can now analyse user behaviour separately across all major device types. This gives you a much clearer picture of how users behave across different devices.
- Product-Specific Conversion Tracking: When using eCommerce experiment goals, you can now track conversions for specific products or product variations. Previously, if you configured an eCommerce goal, such as ‘WooCommerce Order Completed’, every purchase made after visiting the experiment was counted as a conversion, regardless of the product purchased. Now, however, you can specify one or more product or product variation IDs. Only purchases of the selected products will be counted as conversions for the experiment. This provides much more accurate conversion data for product-focused A/B tests.
In other news, Sigmize now also enables you to recapture heatmap screenshots. Variant URLs are now displayed directly inside each heatmap. In addition, each heatmap version now shows its recording date range alongside the selected device type under the ‘Variant’ heading. Finally, WooCommerce subscription conversion tracking has been improved.
