The Submissions addon allows you to submit and edit custom posts via the frontend of your WordPress site without giving admin access. Submissions can either be approved / published automatically or manually with an option to charge a submission fee via PayPal. It works out of the box with custom post types, taxonomies, meta boxes, and templates created via the Post Type Builder plugin.
