SureContact Adds Zoom Bookings, Custom Form Pages & Partial Submissions
SureContact has added Zoom for bookings, custom form success pages, partial submissions and email open tracking consent to its email marketing and automation platform.
New Features
Let’s take a quick look at what’s new in SureContact, shall we?
- Zoom for Bookings:
- Connect Zoom to your booking module once per workspace.
- Every booking automatically creates a Zoom meeting.
- Reschedules update the meeting and cancellations remove it with no manual steps.
- Google Calendar and Zoom now run as separate pipelines, so a booking will still land on your calendar even if there is an issue on one side.
- Custom Success Pages for Forms:
- Build a full success page in the landing page builder instead of displaying a plain message.
- It shows the moment someone submits.
- Use the variable picker to greet people by name using their submitted details.
- Simple message and redirect options are still available if required.
- Email Open-Tracking Consent:
- Contacts can opt out of open tracking without unsubscribing from your emails.
- Built for the French CNIL rule that came into effect in April 2026, which states that open-tracking requires its own consent.
- Turn on the workspace setting to require it; this is off by default.
- Link people to their tracking preferences with the new tracking_preferences_url merge tag.
- Open rates now account for withheld pixels, so your numbers stay accurate.
- Smarter Automations:
- Branch and Filter can now check engagement with a specific email step, not just lifetime engagement. This means you can follow up only with people who opened your welcome email or clicked a link in it.
- Multi-step forms can now save each completed step as a partial submission so you can see where people drop off. This is off by default.
- Bulk tag and list actions can now trigger the connected automations, but only for real changes. This is off by default.
In other news, the language field for new SureContact contacts no longer defaults to English. It will stay empty until the language is known, so your segments will stay accurate.
