Userback Rolls Out Automated Due Dates

We have just covered Userback‘s latest Inbox feature, and now they are back with another update to their visual user feedback and bug reporting tool. Meet automated due dates.

Automated Due Dates

Due date and feedback automation is now available with Userback, allowing you to automatically set due dates based on the type of feedback you collect, whether it’s a bug report, feature request or general comment.

This powerful new automation helps you stay organized, prioritize tasks, meet your SLAs and ensure timely responses to all feedback you receive.
