Userback Rolls Out Automated Due Dates
We have just covered Userback‘s latest Inbox feature, and now they are back with another update to their visual user feedback and bug reporting tool. Meet automated due dates.
Automated Due Dates
Due date and feedback automation is now available with Userback, allowing you to automatically set due dates based on the type of feedback you collect, whether it’s a bug report, feature request or general comment.
This powerful new automation helps you stay organized, prioritize tasks, meet your SLAs and ensure timely responses to all feedback you receive.
With automated due dates, you can
- Automatically set due dates for each feedback type, including Bugs, Ideas and General.
- Manually set a due date for individual feedback to ensure it’s addressed on time.
- Receive notifications to remind you when feedback is overdue.
- Easily search for feedback by due date.
To get started, all you need to do is visit the Automation tab in the Userback project settings.
