Custom Branding
The new custom branding feature allows you to customize the look and feel of Userback’s feedback notification emails and the feedback viewer. Simply add your logo, colours and company details on the new branding page in your account settings.
Note that this feature is only available in Growth and Premium plans.
Custom Fields & Triggers
You can now also add a custom field to your feedback form. That’s perfect for collecting more data from your users as well as disclaimer text. With triggers that are now available in your widget settings, you can trigger the feedback widget by time on page and more.
