Userback Releases New UI & Enhanced Widget Designer

Jonathan from Userback has just announced the release of a new UI, an improved widget designer and placeholder text for their visual user feedback and bug reporting tool.

New Features & Improvements

Userback has released a sleek, modern look and feel, a more intuitive navigation experience and more. Let’s have a look.

  • Improved Navigation:
Redesigned menu layout minimizes switching between screens, helping you stay focused and efficient.
  • Widget Designer:
The improved widget designer introduces a new linear flow that makes it easier to create and customise feedback widgets. You can now easily switch between design and preview mode to test your widget before it goes live.
  • Placeholder Texts:
You can now add placeholder text for Category, Priority and Assignee to provide a better experience for your feedback reporters. They have also redesigned the interface for adding and editing form fields in your widget.

Finally, Userback has revamped the project settings for a more organized and user-friendly interface. You can now easily switch between projects using the new breadcrumb layout and add project icons to identify them more easily.
