Usetiful Rolls Out 2FA, Better Assistant Widget & Zapier Integration

Usetiful has just added another set of exciting new features to its no-code digital adoption and user onboarding platform. Meet a new two-factor authentication, an improved assistant widget, a new Zapier integration, and more.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) with Google Authenticator allows you to secure your Usetiful account from potential hackers and ensures that your private user information is well protected.

Better Assistant Widget

Assistant is a self-help widget, currently in beta, that presents a “one-stop” place for your users to get support. You can now enable the “Search” feature to make it easy for your users to find an answer to their questions and problems.

Zapier Integration

You can use Zapier to send data from Usetiful to any third-party application. For example, you can be automatically notified about feedback submitted in Usetiful, or add new customers who signed up during a sales demo to your CRM system.
