Usetiful: Employee Onboarding Now In Early Access

The Usetiful developers has just released new automatic page actions, product tour templates, better surveys, employee onboarding and more to their easy-to-use no-code digital adoption platform.

Employee Onboarding

Usetiful is great for user onboarding, e.g. for your SaaS. But you can now also use the digital adoption platform (DAP) for onboarding new employees.

Especially in today’s world of home office and remote working, you can use it to help new colleagues get up to speed with third-party software. To do this, you can use the Usetiful browser plugin for Chrome if you cannot embed the Usetiful code snippet directly in it.

Action Automation

When onboarding new users, you have to take into account that they are usually not very patient. With Usetiful, you can now automatically pre-fill values in forms, perform steps or even clicks for users. This can be handy to skip uninteresting parts of the flow, to provide sample values, but also to automate some of the user workflows.

Product Tour Content Templates

In addition, Usetiful has introduced professionally looking content templates for your product tours. Simply choose a template, add it to your tour and add your content.

Improved Surveys & Snapshots

By enabling “Collect feedback” for product tours you can already gather feedback on your onboarding flows.

With the latest update, Usetiful now also allows you to customize the question text and the thank you message. You can also reuse the same question for several tours.

This change also means that tours and surveys are now decoupled in their system so that they can continue with the development of NPS surveys and webhook integrations. Stay tuned!

Lastly, content snapshots now display versions created in your local time, taking into account both location and summer/winter time.
