Usetiful Introduces User Tracking
The Usetiful team has just announced user tracking, better content creation, new preview modes and more for its digital adoption and user onboarding platform.
New Features
Wondering how your individual users are interacting with your onboarding content? How about finding out if they have completed the tasks on a checklist?
Now available with Premium plans, you can track individual users and their progress with your onboarding content, and even group them into segments based on their behavior. You can also set up user tags directly in the UI instead of getting them from the script.
Soon, you will also be able to sync Usetiful user profiles with your CRM. Stay tuned!
What’s More?
The improved Usetiful dashboard now gives you an at-a-glance summary of all your content types. In addition, you can now see how your content will look in light or dark mode, or on mobile devices, by previewing it in the editor.
The Usetiful Knowledge Base Portal will be released at the end of November 2023.
