Abandoned Carts Report

With the help of this report you wil see the results of your marketing activities by tracking the number of abandoned carts, lost revenue and abandonment rates. Thus you will be able to react proactively to an increase in abandoned carts.

The corresponding grid report comes with the following columns:

• Total Carts: Total number of carts either completed or abandoned during the analyzed period
• Completed Carts: Total number of completed carts
• Abandoned Carts: Total number of abandoned carts
• Abandoned Carts Total – Total value of all abandoned carts
• Abandonment Rate: Number of abandoned carts divided by total number of all carts

Sales by Location Report

This report allows you to get the idea of the most relevant sales opportunities by location, e.g. countries, states, cities. It’s a must-have especially when it comes to international stores.

Sales by Location consists of two sections including a grid and chart. The latter is displaying the grid information visually on a map. Locations will then be drilled down from countries to Sales by State/Region and Sales by City/Place.
