NPS stands for Net Promoter Score, a metric for evaluating customer loyalty to a company. Basically it is just a survey consisting of only one question. Users can then answer the question “How likely are you to recommend our company, product or service to a friend or colleague?” on a scale from 0 to 10.

Beamer NPS allows you to send these user surveys and measure user satisfaction in multiple languages. To further increase user engagement, you can send automated in-app responses to users based on the score they gave you. Additionally, you can segment users, customize the look and feel, and even integrate third-party tools via Zapier. This way you can automate your workflow by sending NPS scores to Zendesk and Intercom for instance.

There’s a free plan so don’t wait and activate it today! It’s good for up to 500 monthly surveys and comes with watermarked in-app surveys as well as a NPS history for the last 90 days.
