EmbedMyReviews Introduces Self-Serve Sales Intelligence Reports

Prospects can now request their own Sales Intelligence report via a customizable public form on your domain. They just need to enter their business details, select their location, and click ‘Submit’. A full report will then be generated and emailed to them automatically. This means that you can add the lead to your pipeline even before they have spoken to you.
You can also add up to four trust badges, an FAQ section, a custom consent statement and a country allow list, so that only leads from regions you sell to can submit. Everything can be translated into your own language. Notification emails will be sent to your sales team when a lead lands, and there is also a custom call to action at the end of the report that links wherever you want (e.g. to a ‘Book a call’ page, a pricing page, or a calendar link).
You can also choose how detailed the report is for your prospects. Select the ‘budget’ version to keep costs predictable for cold traffic, or the full version, which includes AI visibility. You can even hide the AI visibility section from the lead, saving it as ammunition for the sales call.
While their report is being generated, prospects land on a live status page, so they stay engaged. They will then receive a polished ‘Your report is ready’ email bearing your branding.

Additionally, you can now customize the headline displayed next to the trust score on every Sales Intelligence report.
The AI visibility section of Sales Intelligence reports has undergone significant improvements in quality. It now uses the same level of checking as their standalone Search AI product, including a thorough web search, a second verification process for borderline mentions and clear handling of cases where AI cannot answer or encounters an error. This level of analysis incurs a higher cost per report than the previous engine. If you want to minimize spending on top-of-funnel leads, the new Budget mode toggle on the Generate Report screen turns these heavier checks off and reduces the cost per report by around sixty percent. Use the full version for warm prospects and the budget version for cold ones.
Every lead that comes through the public form is added to your leads list. To add these leads to your stack, you can set up two new webhook events in Zapier and other automation platforms. One when a lead is captured and one when their report is finished. There is also an agency API for listing and pulling individual leads, as well as equivalent MCP tools, meaning any AI assistant plugged into your stack can search and read your leads.
