Gleap Introduces Pipelines For A Lightweight CRM
Lukas from Gleap has just released Pipelines, which introduce lightweight CRM boards to the customer support platform. They have also introduced reactions and threads.
New: Pipelines
With Pipelines, you can easily track any process, such as deals, onboarding or renewals, as your companies and contacts move from stage to stage — all right next to your inbox.
Check out its features:
- Kanban Boards for Companies & Contacts: Set up a pipeline for any process, move records between stages, and switch to table view when you want to scan and edit records in bulk.
- Templates & Custom Stages: You can start from any stage, such as Sales, Customer Onboarding or Renewals. Then you can rename, reorder, recolour and archive the stages as you like.
- Custom Fields & Stage Totals: Easily add text, number or currency fields to each pipeline and edit them directly on cards and in the table. You can also view live calculations for each stage, such as the total deal value.
- Record Peek: Without leaving the board, click on any card to open a side drawer containing stage progress, inline-editable fields, full company or contact details, and an activity timeline.
- Automations: You can run workflows when an entry is added to a pipeline or changes stage. These workflows can involve moving stages, setting fields, creating tickets, emailing contacts, notifying teammates, adding to other pipelines and calling APIs.
- Linked Conversations: When linking tickets to pipeline entries, you can keep the deal and its support conversations connected.
Finally, with the REST API and the Node.js Admin SDK, you can drive pipelines from your backend. This allows you to add, update and remove entries using your own company or user IDs.
