Gleap Introduces Surveys 2.0 & Rebuilt Emails
Isabella from Gleap has just announced the October update for their AI-native customer support platform. Say hello to Surveys 2.0, new AI models, and rebuilt emails.
New Features

Let’s take a look at what’s new in Gleap:
- Surveys 2.0: Gleap has released a new Survey Editor with a new logic and branching feature that ensures every respondent is sent down the correct path. The new version also has a modern look and feel across all apps, and provides results that read your answers for you.
- Logic & Branching: You can jump to a later question, the end of the answer, or a branch in the plan, a hidden field or a page.
- One Survey, Every Channel: Surveys can be displayed in your app, on a survey page on your own domain, in an email, or embedded on your website.
- No Lost Answers: Every answer is saved the moment it is given, so partial responses count, too.
- Kai Reads Every Answer: Kai tags every open answer with themes and sentiments, summarizing what people love and what holds them back. You can then turn a theme into a bug, a roadmap item or a fix by Kai Code.
- Emails, Rebuilt: Newsletters, automated emails and support replies now look and read as though they were written by a person, and are displayed correctly in Gmail, Apple Mail and Outlook, including in dark mode. There are three looks to choose from: Plain resembles a message typed in Gmail; Personal adds buttons and images signed by a teammate; and Company incorporates your logo and a full footer. The editor shows your email exactly as your readers will see it. Support replies are threaded, so replies from your team and Kai remain in the customer’s thread and include the team member’s name and signature.
- Kai-Written Emails: Write a prompt once and Kai will write a personalized email to each person using your data. You can then review the first ones before anything is sent out.
In other news, the following models are now available in Gleap: GPT-6 Astra, Sol and Luna; GPT-6.1 Sol; Claude Opus 5.5; Claude Sonnet 5.5; and Gemini 3.8 Flash.
