Lukas from Gleap has just announced the release of the Sequences feature for their AI-native customer support platform. Put simply, it’s automated follow-ups that stop when people reply.

New: Sequences

Sequences
Wait for What People Do ©Gleap

With sequences, you can send a series of emails and chat messages that follow up automatically. They wait for the right moment, take a different path depending on what people do, and stop when they reach your goal. You can write each email yourself or let Kai write them for each person. Use them for onboarding, trial conversion, renewals, and all the follow-ups that your team currently sends manually.

In related news, sequences now reach people on every channel, including surveys, push notifications and WhatsApp. They adapt to how people engage with your emails and continue when someone replies.

Chat messages and surveys can be scheduled to be sent when the person is active in your app, up to a time limit that you set. If they don’t show up, Gleap either sends a fallback email with its own subject line or skips the step.

Finally, you can now use an if/else to check email engagement, such as whether someone has opened an email, clicked a link in an email or replied to an email. Add a wait step to give people time.

Please note that sequences are available on the Gleap Team, Pro and Enterprise plans.
