Gleap Introduces Kai PM for AI-Powered Roadmap Management

Kai is Gleap‘s AI copilot for support agents. Kai PM is a new feature that reads every feature request, scores it against your goals and takes care of the obvious ones. Ultimately, you decide what gets built.

New: Kai PM

Kai PM lives under your Feedback portal and has the following four jobs:

• Scoring: Each open request receives a score between 0 and 100, which is based on customer demand, potential revenue, how well the request aligns with your goals and the amount of work involved.
• Intake: Upon receiving a request, Kai can ask the customer one or two clarifying questions. It can then be merged into an existing request if it is a clear duplicate, or the customer can be informed that the feature already exists.
• Triage: When ‘Let Kai decide’ is switched on, Kai can accept or decline each new request, reply to the customer in their language and move accepted requests onto the public roadmap, where others can vote on them. Of course, these actions can be reversed.
• Chat: You can ask Kai to PM you anything related to your roadmap, such as what to ship next, which requests are duplicates and what the top accounts are asking for. You can also use it to bulk change the status of multiple requests or merge duplicates.
