Easily Manage Your Internal Work with Tasks ©HelpSpace

The goal of Tasks is to manage your internal work. It’s actually quite simple: You receive a ticket, create several tasks and then distribute them to your team. This way you always get an overview of how the customer request is being handled. Of course, tasks can also be used independently of tickets.

In the first version, some basic features are available for tTasks, which will then be expanded step by step with other great features such as Kanban or Scrum Boards.

  • Create Tasks
You can create multiple tasks for new tickets. The assigned support agent always has an overview of what tasks have been completed and what tasks are in progress.
  • Quick Task List
With one single click, you can see all tasks in a quick overview.
  • Comments
You can post a comment to update the task or add an emoji to let your team members know what you think.
