New Security Feature: Block Bad Bots with KeyCDN

You have probably already noticed that KeyCDN is our weapon of choice when it comes to content delivery networks. They are constantly adding new POPs like the one in Brazil and new features such as the integration of Let’s Encrypt.

Block Bad Bots

After the introduction of two-factor authentication, they have just added another security feature that allows you to block bad bots, crawlers and scrapers from eating up the bandwidth of your CDN.

This new feature can be enabled with a single click of a button right from within your KeyCDN dashboard. Simply navigate to “Zones” > “Edit”, select “Show Advanced Features” and scroll down to the “Block Bad Bots” section.
