LiveAgent Help Desk: New 2-Step Verification & Chat Window Theme
The LiveAgent team are continually updating their multi-channel help desk and live chat tool. The latest update, however, brings two very interesting features: 2-step verification and a new chat window theme.
2-Step Verification
To further increase security, LiveAgent implemented a new option to protect your account. Apart from your password you will need an extra code generated via the Google Authenticator mobile app. Please note that 2-Step Verification comes with all plans.

LiveAgent is available as a SaaS cloud version or as a downloadable edition. The latter can be installed on your own server.
