LiveAgent Help Desk Announces Material Panel Theme & New Home
LiveAgent is an award-winning help desk, live chat, and cloud call center software tool. Their development and design teams worked hard to push out new updates including a new material panel theme.
Material Panel Theme
In the second half of 2018, the LiveAgent team was working on the new admin panel theme inspired by a modern, sleek and elegant material design. Since then, it’s been in beta available for customers to test.
After an intensive testing period, LiveAgent officially released their Material theme in January 2019. It comes with a great UX and reflects current design trends including bold visuals, rounded corners, symmetric icons, and vivid colours. Apart from this, LiveAgent made another big announcement. Moving from ladesk.com to liveagent.com, they have a brand new digital home. Congrats on your new domain! Also, they are very close towards bringing LiveAgent to the non-English speaking world.
LiveAgent is available as a SaaS cloud version or as a downloadable edition. The latter can be installed on your own server.
