After several thousand lines of codes, hundreds of tests, the LiveAgent team is more than happy to announce that Multi Knowledge Base is ready to be deployed on your websites. It’s also known as Multi Support Portal and Multi KB.

That’s really good news if you want to provide separate customer support portals for multiple brands, types of customers or products. Multi KB supports independent designs, content, widgets, forums, and feedback boards. Now you can manage all of them right from within a single LiveAgent installation and respond to your customer requests fast and efficiently.

Note that one support portal is included with all accounts for free. Each additional one will be charged $19 per month (Early Bird Price).

LiveAgent is available as a SaaS cloud version or as a downloadable edition. The latter can be installed on your own server.
