Once the beta phase is over, WhatsApp Broadcast will complete the WhatsApp business solution offered by MyAlice. Not only can you automate your conversations on WhatsApp, but you can also benefit from a shared inbox for your team, manage your ecommerce and send personalized messages. Using their automation tools, you’ll also be able to recover abandoned carts.

This will be an absolute game-changer as the open rate on WhatsApp is 95% higher than on emails, especially when sending personalized messages.

Speaking of, you can now easily connect your WhatsApp Business account to MyAlice via plug and play. This means you no longer have to go through a complicated process with your WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP).
