It’s a WordPress backend diagnostics plugin featuring 19 modules and one-click fixes that enables you to find out why your WP admin is slow.
AI Design System for WordPress: As pages built using AI tend to look the same, Novamira Design is set to change that. It works by providing your site with a specific design direction, including a designated colour palette, fonts, spacing and components, so that your AI agent builds on this foundation rather than starting from scratch on each page. This ensures that every page your agent creates looks deliberate, not generic. It is part of the free Novamira plugin. With Novamira Pro, the results are even more precise thanks to deeper expertise in specific builders and plugins.
Coming soon: In response to the WordPress community’s long-standing request for a modern admin interface, Jose from Next Bricks has announced an upcoming alternative to uiXpress and FleekDash. Boards is expected to be released in October 2026. Now that the Etch team has finally released its components API, he has started working on Next Etch, due for release in September 2026.
Launch I: Developed by Udoro from Design with Cracka, Etch Slider Pro is a new, component-based slider system for Etch that has been built on the Splide engine. Back in May, he released the Mega Menu Pro + Header Builder plugin for Etch (see The Pier #150). Version 1.0.3 introduces a new ‘Slide Auto Width’ option, as well as nested sliders that allow you to automatically place a slider inside another slider’s slide. Next up: AI integration for Etch Slider Pro.

Launch III: weDevs has launched CartPilot, an intelligent AI sales agent designed for use with WooCommerce and Shopify. Customers simply describe what they need in plain English. CartPilot then searches your live catalogue and returns the right products, complete with prices, images, and variants, as well as answering questions within the chat.
Launch IV: Ernest from WPDreams and Ajax Search Pro has announced the launch of SnipCraft Pro, a code snippets and modules plugin for WordPress. Rival products include WPCodeBox, WPCode, SleekByte, Code Snippets and FluentSnippets (see The Pier #27).

Following the Charitable integration earlier this month (see The Pier #160), the HeroThemes team has shipped a new BuddyBoss integration for Heroic Inbox.
Here’s the problem it solves: When a community member emails your support team, they only see an email address and a few lines of text. Are they a paying member or someone who has signed up for free? Do they run one of your groups, or are they just a regular member? Finding out requires leaving the inbox and searching through the WP admin, so most of the time it doesn’t happen and the member receives a generic reply.
The BuddyBoss integration fixes that. When you open a ticket, the sender’s community profile appears in the sidebar, showing their membership tier, the groups they run and their role in each, their recent activity and any custom profile fields you collect at sign-up. This means your team can answer people they recognize. Available in Heroic Inbox Pro!

ACPT 2.1.0-beta-4 now integrates directly with Agent Connector for WP (ACFW), making all 57 of its abilities, including Custom Post Types, Meta Fields, Taxonomies, Forms, Tables, Dynamic Blocks and more, accessible via its MCP server. This enables Claude and any other MCP-compatible AI agent to create, read, update and manage your ACPT structures via natural language. Every single call is logged for full traceability (video).
Jamie’s Front-End Editor for Content Teams enables your team to edit page and post content directly from the front end of your WordPress site. There’s no need to open the block editor — simply click on any text, link, button or image on the live page to edit it in place.
Similar to Breakdance 3.0, Oxygen 6.2 now allows you to connect an AI agent to WordPress to create and edit Oxygen pages, templates, headers, footers, components, selectors, CSS variables, dynamic data, interactions and animations.
OttoKit 1.1.34 brings new JetBooking integration.
The new MainWP MCP Server allows you to connect AI assistants such as Claude, Cursor and VS Code Copilot directly to your MainWP Dashboard for AI-powered WordPress management.
Kitstarter completely overhauls its Bricks framework, making layouts cleaner and easier to customize. It has also expands the Bricks layout library. A new Elementor plugin called Kitstarter Framework and a new Etch plugin will soon be available.
WPChangeSync 2.1.0 (formerly BricksSync) introduces editor push and pull, migration transforms, and cross-site media portability, building on the builder-agnostic version 2.0 engine.
uiXpress 1.4.1 introduces a new dark engine and dashboard customization features, as well as a full admin theme designer.
WordPress Performance
WP Multitool 1.6.3 transforms Site Doctor into the one-stop solution for the question “Why is this WordPress site slow?”, by checking the autoload burden, database bloat, and slow queries alongside the site’s configuration. This includes OPcache, the object-cache drop-in, page caching, LiteSpeed and WooCommerce payment gateways. Since version 1.7.0, Site Doctor now also runs 21 Redis checks that talk to the server and read its running configuration. If you use WP Rocket, Perfmatters, Autoptimize, Easy Optimizer or Admin and Site Enhancements alongside WP Multitool, you will find that some of the settings are duplicated. WP Multitool 1.8.0 can now read the saved settings of other plugins and tell you which of its optimizations are already being performed by another plugin.
E-Commerce
FluentCart 1.5.4 comes with a full set of Bricks blocks, including product grids and cards, ‘Add to Cart’ and ‘Buy Now’ buttons, a checkout, a mini cart, a product search, related products and a customer dashboard. You can now build your entire store right inside Bricks without leaving the builder. In other news, AI can now search your entire store. If you have connected an AI assistant, it has become much better at finding things across orders, customers, products and subscriptions.
Wannacheckout 1.1 introduces the two-column modal checkout for SureCart.
Awesome Motive acquires LedgerPort, which allows you to synchronize data from your WooCommerce and Shopify stores with QuickBooks Online.
Pointics is a points & rewards plugin for WooCommerce that enables you to reward purchases, encourage repeat orders and foster long-term customer loyalty. Pre-order today to save 80% before the launch date.
Amasty releases the new Custom Form Builder app for Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service, which is now available on the Adobe Exchange marketplace. The app enables merchants to create flexible forms for various customer interactions and manage collected responses directly from the Adobe Commerce admin panel.
Following a trial period of several months, ThriveCart‘s monthly subscription plans are now publicly available. Lifetime plans are still available, however. Additionally, ThriveCart has earned the highest level of payment security certification that a company can achieve: PCI DSS v4.0.1 Level 1 Service Provider certification.
Community & Membership
As managing a membership site involves more than just creating memberships, SureMembers Core 1.2.1 introduces a new Analytics tab, giving admins a comprehensive overview of activity across their site. From one place, you can now see membership growth, recent member activity, upcoming expiries and how individual memberships are performing.
SureDash Core 1.9.4 now offers automatic RTL support, while SureDash Core 1.10.0 provides full support for SureMembers Exceptions. This means that specific lessons, events, resources or discussions can remain accessible to all users, even when a broader restriction is applied to the rest of your portal or content type. For instance, while access to the entire learning portal is restricted to paying members, you can make an introductory lesson or welcome resource available to all users as a teaser. The Premium version now supports LearnDash course migration. This allows you to import your existing LearnDash courses, including lessons and quizzes, directly into SureDash.
CMP
SureCookie 1.2.4 now blocks Presto Player video and audio embeds from YouTube, Vimeo and Bunny.net, as well as self-hosted videos, until visitors consent. It shows an ‘Accept & Load’ placeholder and restores the player once the relevant cookie category has been accepted.
CRM
Bit CRM is set to launch on 3 August 2026, offering a comprehensive CRM experience within WordPress. It will include features such as leads, contacts, companies, deals, invoices, a customer portal and more. It will be interesting to see how it compares to FluentCRM, Groundhogg, and SureContact.
Appointment Scheduling
LatePoint 5.6.9 introduces the new PayPal v6 payment gateway integration.
With version 9.7, each Amelia event automatically gets its own public page with full details and a booking option. Additionally, you can now fully export and import all Amelia data, enabling complete migration between websites.
Customer Support
Gleap introduces company profiles, allowing you to group your contacts by company and view an account’s plan, value, SLA, notes, files and every conversation in one place.
Operator Kit is a new hub with tools for AI agents and operators. For example, you can use it to authenticate GitHub apps and manage HelpScout conversations, customers and documentation from your terminal or AI agent. A Screenshot Operator and an Operator App will be available soon.
HelpSpace expands its API, enabling you to read content from Docs and create organizations via the API.
Laravel
The Laravel Quota package tracks and enforces cumulative usage limits across calendar periods. It features a fluent API, an Eloquent trait, route middleware and cache or database storage.
Sensagraph scans your live Laravel applications from the outside to identify SQL injection, XSS attacks, open ports, misconfigurations and weak TLS encryption before attackers can exploit them.
LinkedIn Outreach
Events
Eventin announces the upcoming launch of its AI Matchmaking & Networking add-on, which analyzes profiles, interests and roles in order to connect the right people. The add-on features match scores, smart filters and 1:1 meeting bookings. Early bird pre-orders are now available!
The Tickera team releases Venuera, a complete event ticketing system built natively on WooCommerce. It comes with a ticket designer, event pages, multiple ticket types, check-ins and reporting tools. You can extend its functionality via five paid add-ons, including a point-of-sale (POS) system, a venue designer, recurring events, custom attendee fields and a check-in app.
Directories
Directify introduces a new Pay-Per-Lead monetization feature, which allows you to get paid for every enquiry your directory receives. Now, your directory can earn from the leads it generates. Businesses can see new leads arrive with their contact details masked, and they can unlock these details using prepaid credits. You can set the prices and bundles for these credits. In addition, Featured and Verified badges are applied as soon as a purchase is made and are removed if the plan expires. There is also a one-click Upgrade button on listing pages. You can also now accept one-time and recurring payments via PayPal. Finally, there is a better dashboard for your listed businesses, as well as new Local Business and Coupons & Deals tabs.

WB Gamification is a free gamification plugin for WordPress that is compatible with Tutor LMS, LearnDash, LifterLMS and more.

Uptime Monitoring
Pulsetic introduces Real User Monitoring, which shows you how your pages actually perform for visitors. It also introduces a new Cloudflare integration that keeps your firewall rules up to date automatically, and a redesigned dashboard with a new dark theme.
Social Media
WP Social Ninja 4.3.0 introduces a centralized OAuth bridge connection flow for Google Reviews, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, replacing the legacy OAuth redirects for each platform. With WhatsApp message context, you can see the page title and link, as well as WooCommerce or FluentCart product details from the page on which the WhatsApp message was sent. The FluentCRM integration tags a customer’s contact when their WooCommerce or FluentCart product review is approved, enabling review-based follow-up automations.

Job Boards
Job Boardly introduces a new category colour style setting with three modes, allowing board owners to choose how category colours appear on their job board. They can also now create their own custom application statuses for candidate applications. Employers can then filter candidates by status and update application stages in real time as they review them. Each application also has its own dedicated workspace where employers can review candidates and leave private notes. These notes are encrypted and only visible to the employer’s team. Finally, the social sharing cards that appear when your jobs or your board’s homepage are shared on social media can now be customized.
Server Management
xCloud introduces one-click deployment from Git. Deploy any project – whether it’s Git, WordPress, Laravel, Node, Docker or anything else – all through the same simple, fast flow. Drop a repository and let AI handle the rest. The system reads your project, detects the app type, branch and runtime, and writes the deployment script for you.
Reputation Management
The official Google sign-in integration from EmbedMyReviews now supports images and videos attached to synced Google reviews. It also includes improved review response status messaging. SignalHouse is a new SMS provider for the US and Canada, offering a faster and easier route through 10DLC approval.
