With Sendr 4.1, you can now set your campaigns to start automatically. Triggers and actions connect your entire system to the Sequencer, while Reference Docs and Voices provide Copilot with a much broader range of resources.

Let’s take a look at what’s new:

• Triggers & Actions: Contacts can be enrolled the moment an event occurs in other tools and data can be sent back out as they move through a sequence. Triggers initiate a sequence in response to an event, such as a new CRM contact, a form submission, a HubSpot update, or a reply in Instantly. Actions push data or alerts to other tools at any step, such as a Slack notification. Everything lives on the Sequencer canvas, so you can build your entire outbound flow in one place. This is why the old Automation Builder is being retired on 1 December 2026.
• Reference Docs: Upload your sales material once and every Copilot-built campaign will draw on it. Add PDFs, slides, documents and Markdown files to your Reference Documents, such as case studies, pitch decks and product sheets for handling objections. Copilot uses these alongside your Workspace profile to create campaigns, meaning that offers, proof points and messaging are all based on your own material.
• Voices: Create a voice profile and make every campaign sound like you wrote it. Add instructions and real examples of your emails, messages and scripts to help Sendr learn how you communicate. You can create as many voices as you like, one for each sender, brand or client. Select a voice when building a campaign with Copilot or running an enrichment to ensure that every message remains consistent with your tone.
