New Freemius Integration
ThriveDesk’s direct integration with Freemius gives your support agents all the critical information they need to provide world-class support. More importantly, they don’t have to waste time asking questions about past purchases.
Check out the features:
- New widget in the customer conversation screen with basic customer history, including Customer Since, Lifetime Value, Total Earnings & Successful Payments.
- The widget also displays the products your customers have subscribed to, including Active Site, Slug, Active Plan, Plan Expiration, Billing Cycle, and Next Payment.
- Finally, the widget also displays payment details and environment details. The latter can help with troubleshooting.
One thing to note is that ThriveDesk can connect up to two WordPress plugins to an inbox, whereas Help Scout, for example, can only connect one.
