ThriveDesk Now Integrates With SureCart
SureCart keeps us pretty busy here. They have just released a subscription saver feature and conditional forms as well as an integration with Kadence Cloud. Now comes the next big news: ThriveDesk now integrates with the ecommerce platform for WordPress.
New SureCart Integration
The new SureCart integration allows you to take your customer support to the next level. Take a look at the feature highlights:
- User Access Control
User role management allows you to control who is authorised to process refunds. This reduces the risk of fraudulent activity by ensuring that only authorised personnel can process refunds. - Order ID/Title Search
You can also search by order ID or title, reducing the time spent manually searching. Order tracking and management becomes much easier
- Fast & Efficient Refunds
You can easily issue full refunds to your customers. ThriveDesk is also planning to introduce a partial refund feature for partially damaged or returned items. - Order Drafting
Order drafting allows you to track abandoned carts and gain insight into potential leads and conversion opportunities.
ThriveDesk‘s SureCart integration provides support agents with a complete picture of a customer’s purchase history. They have also introduced a new custom UI and a new SureCart widget.
