Designed for maximum efficiency, the redesigned ticket view allows support agents to navigate through conversations without ever leaving the page.

All of the related tickets are conveniently displayed in the left-hand panel, allowing you to switch seamlessly between them.

The customer card in the ticket panel has needed an update for a while, and here it is. You’ve always had contact fields, but they weren’t user friendly. Now you can easily add customer information with a single click, and they will be introducing custom fields soon.

ThriveDesk has also revamped its live chat functionality to deliver a best-in-class experience. Keep track of incoming messages with real-time chat activity and message counts. New messages automatically move up so you can reply quickly.

Finally, the entire user interface is now mobile responsive. Soon they will move to a mobile-first web experience, using the same design for their native mobile apps.

Next up are email aliases, which will allow you to add multiple emails to one inbox.
