ThriveDesk Introduces New Visitor Map & Anonymous Chat
Parvez from ThriveDesk has just announced the final feature in 2023 for their customer support platform, introducing a new visitor map. Shortly afterwards they added a new anonymous chat feature.
New Visitor Map
The new visitor map is part of ThriveDesk’s ongoing live chat update. It allows you to see the exact number of visitors to your site along with their location in real time.
Anonymous Chat
ThriveDesk has also released an anonymous chat, which will no longer require an email address. It is enabled by default, but you can choose to disable it and require an email address to start chatting.
Next up is a proactive chat, which will allow you to initiate a chat with your website visitors as well as a unified chat experience.
