Userback just released a centralized integration management, an import of third-party feature requests, and a new option to filter integration notifications to their client feedback tool.
Userback now supports Connected Apps. This is a time-saving new way for admins to manage all connections/integrations across all projects directly from their account settings. You can save time and increase security by using existing connections from other projects instead of creating a new connections from scratch every time.
Feature Request Import
Userback now allows you to import feature requests into the Feedback Portal via CSV. It has never been easier to transfer feature requests from a third-party system to Userback.
In addition, the new filter “Feedback Source: CSV Import” has been added along with this new feature.
Filter of Integration Notifications
With Userback’s Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations, you can now filter by feedback type. If you want to limit Slack or Teams notifications to only bug reports or feature requests, you can now do so!
