Thanks to bigger thumbnails and a better UI you can now view existing feedback even easier. They also added new filters and a search tool to find existing feedback.
The annotation tool comes with a more user-friendly colour picker. You can now also pin text comments inside boxed areas. Finally, Userback improved the video feedback tool for a more intuitive recording experience.
Zendesk Integration
The new Zendesk integration makes customer support much easier as your support team can quickly understand issues as they arise and resolve them faster.
Simply connect Userback to Zendesk and automatically send visual customer feedback along with video recordings and annotated screenshots as new tickets to the help desk tool.
Automatic Screenshots
With Userback you are now able to collect automatic screenshots. Then, every time a customer provides general feedback, Userback automatically takes a screenshot and saves it with their comments. This allows you to save time and improve the overall quality of your customer feedback.
