As you may have guessed, Google Customer Reviews allows you to collect reviews on auto-pilot and show customers and prospects the store rating. This helps you gain the trust of users and increase the conversion rate of Search and Shopping ads.
The extension helps to display a rating badge visible for every user right in the footer of your online store. For this, however, the store needs at least 100 ratings on Google. Don’t worry, the mod helps you to collect them. So how does it work?
As soon as a customer places an order, the extension asks for permission to send an e-mail with a feedback form. At this moment customers are usually more open to accept a feedback request. If the customer agrees, Google will send them an email a few days after their order has been delivered. You only need to specify the number of days that must pass after a purchase is completed. This way, store managers do not have to manually send feedback requests and do not waste time.
When a person visits the online store for the first time and has doubts about its reliability, the badge helps to dispel those doubts. It is also useful to display your seller rating on commercial ads, as this can increase the click-through rate of your ads by up to 10%.
