Fluent Support Now Integrates With FluentCommunity
Jewel from Fluent Support has just released version 1.9.0 of their customer support plugin for WordPress, introducing a new FluentCommunity integration, better ticket management and more.
New Features
Let’s take a quick look at what’s new in Fluent Support 1.9.0:
- FluentCommunity Integration (Pro): Seamlessly integrate your support system with community discussions to provide a unified customer experience.
- Informational Admin Replies: Provide your support team with helpful context on responses to admin tickets.
- Free Ticket Migration: The free version now includes Help Scout, Freshdesk and Zendesk ticket migration, making it easier to switch to Fluent Support.
In other news, Fluent Support has improved the functionality of Internal Notes. These now work perfectly for closed tickets too, so you never lose important context. Finally, responses in closed tickets can now be easily edited too.
